The cutting surface of the laser cutting machine is smooth and there is no burr and cut hands. It has high precision, narrow slit, fast speed, good cutting quality, no damage to the workpiece, no influence on the shape of the workpiece, saving mold investment, saving materials and shortening new products Manufacturing period.
The punching machine with high precision and stable processing quality. It can perform multi-coordinate linkage and can process parts with complex shapes for shear forming. It only need to change the NC program when machining parts change, which can save production preparation time.
The essence of the CNC bending machine is machine mold for bending a thin metal plate. The mold is composed of a bracket, a work table and a clamping plate. The force of the pressure plate is generated by energizing the coil, thereby completing the relationship between the pressure plate and the base. The clamping of the thin plate. Welding; Pickling and Phosphating, Wash the oil , Rust; Powder coating:
1、After Laser cutting, Punching, Bending all the metals will be welding.
2、After welding all the metals will go through the pickling by our acid pickling pool , so that the canopy will be anti-rust and enhance the adhesion of the powder.---pickling and phosphating, wash the oil , rust.
3、After this treatment all the metals will go into the powder coating line, DEPCO powder coating use the good quality powder.
When the Parts , Engines , Alternator and Canopy are ready in the workshop, we will begin to start assembling.
Every unit has their own process card on the engine as soon as in the line, with full details about the parts and to monitor the production , and make sure the goods delivery on time.
And our inspector will do the first inspection for all the units.
After the goods finished assembling the unit will go though test by our professional technician in testing area.
Including testing the load, noise level to see if the unit running normally.
All the problems will be solved before shipment, we need to ensure all the units be 100% to reach our customers.
If the units don’t go through the test will not allow to packing area.
All the units which through the test will comes with their own test report then send with the documents to put inside the gensets.
After the testing our inspector do the 2nd inspection for all the units to ready to pack for shipment.
