The factory is equipped with integrated fully automatic ceramizing treatment tanks. Steel structural components including generator set enclosures, metal frames and other parts are uniformly transported to the ceramizing tanks for pre-treatment processes.   Workpieces undergo multiple processes: degreasing, water washing, and ceramizing film formation. A dense protective conversion film forms on the metal surface, greatly improving paint adhesion, isolating erosion from moisture and salt, and delivering effective rust and corrosion resistance.   Metal components without complete ceramizing treatment are prohibited from entering the spraying process. By strengthening the outdoor weather resistance of units starting from surface treatment, stable long-term operation of equipment is guaranteed under harsh environments such as humid, dusty and coastal conditions.   The entire ceramizing production line adopts closed-loop control with standardized process parameters, ensuring consistent and qualified anti-corrosion performance for every batch of workpieces

Complete Unit Inspection   Upon completion of unit assembly, professional inspectors conduct thorough checks on core components including the generator internal windings, wiring connections, pipeline fittings and shock-absorbing base.   Professional tools are used to inspect wiring layout and the tightness of terminals section by section. Inspectors also examine the unit’s heat dissipation structure, sealing components and marking accessories, carefully verifying every assembly detail.   Any defects such as loose wiring, assembly flaws or misaligned parts will be marked and rectified on site to prevent non-conforming units from proceeding to the next process. A unit can only move on to special performance testing after its internal structure, circuits and accessories all pass inspection. We control the factory quality of every generator set from the very beginning.

Product R&D and Design   Relying on a professional CAD 3D digital design platform, R&D engineers carry out refined modeling and design for the overall structure and internal layout of generator sets.   Covering the unit frame, power supporting components and noise reduction enclosure, we comprehensively optimize internal pipeline routing, circuit arrangement and spatial structure, balancing equipment operational stability, noise reduction performance and convenience for subsequent maintenance.   During the design phase, load parameters, heat dissipation structure and overall unit noise indicators are calculated simultaneously to eliminate potential risks in production and operation in advance. All 3D drawings go through multiple rounds of internal verification and review. Only after confirming reasonable structure and compliant parameters can drawings be handed over to production and assembly.   Complete design drawings and parameter files are archived for every 3D design scheme of generator sets, providing standardized technical support for subsequent prototype trial production, pre-delivery inspection and customized modification.

Shop-fabricating Generator Set When the parts , engines , alternator and canopy are ready in the workshop, we will begin to start assembling. Every unit has their own process card on the engine as soon as in the line, with full details about the parts and to monitor the production , and make sure the goods delivery on time. And our inspector will do the first inspection for all the units.

Testing After the goods finished assembling the unit will go though test by our professional technician in testing area. Including testing the load, noise level to see if the unit running normally.   All the problems will be solved before shipment. We need to ensure all the units be 100% to reach our customers. If the units don’t go through the test will not allow to packing area.   All the units which through the test will comes with their own test report then send with the documents to put inside the gensets.   After the testing our inspector do the 2nd inspection for all the units to ready to pack for shipment. When the payment and booking be confirmed we will load the goods to be shipped.
